We maintain a low adult/child ratio in our program by utilizing college work-study students, field experience students, foster grandparents, and community volunteers 协助我们的员工. We work together as a team, striving for communication between 孩子、家庭、员工和社区.

All professional staff members maintain current First 援助 and CPR certifications. Furthermore, our professional staff has been trained to identify signs and symptoms 虐待/忽视儿童.
